New Practice Directions

The Chief Magistrate issued two Practice Directions in June 2009 pursuant to section 58 of the Victims of Crime Assistance Act 1996.  These Practice Directions come into effect on 1 July 2009.

Practice Direction No.1 of 2009 outlines the procedure to be followed by the Tribunal in any application for review of its decision to the Victorian and Civil Administrative Tribunal. Practice Direction No.2 of 2009 establishes the Koori VOCAT List as an ongoing part of the Tribunal's operations.
