Psychological/Psychiatric Assessment Reports by non-treating practitioners
The purpose of this Practice Direction is to prescribe procedures in relation to the preparation and filing of assessment reports prepared by a psychologist or psychiatrist who will not be providing treatment/counselling to the applicant the subject of the report
The Forms to be submitted to the Tribunal are annexed to the Practice Direction and are available on the website under 'Forms' and 'Counselling and Assessment', in a format enabling completion on a computer. Up-dated information to assist you will be available shortly.
