Applying for counselling expenses
An applicant may make an application for interim financial assistance for counselling expenses pending the final determination of their application.
All applicants seeking financial assistance for counselling expenses are required to complete the Application for Counselling form (Form 4, Practice Direction 1/2008).
All applications for counselling must be accompanied by a report from a counsellor who has provided treatment, or is proposing to provide treatment to the applicant in the future.
