Where to apply

Once completed, the application form must be lodged at the Magistrates' Court closest to where the applicant resides, unless:

• Applying as a related victim. All related victims claims must be sent to the VOCAT Principal Registry, Melbourne.
• The applicant is currently living interstate or overseas. All such applications are also to be sent to the Principal Registry, Melbourne.
