Complaints

A person is entitled to lay a complaint regarding a Tribunal Member (Magistrate) or court staff. 

Complaints against Magistrates

Any complaint in relation to a Tribunal Member (Magistrate) must be in writing and forwarded to the Chief Magistrate at:
