Access to Documents and Material

This section contains information about the processes that must be followed when an applicant, an applicant’s legal representative or a third party seeks to access information or documents contained on a tribunal file or a recording of a tribunal hearing. Also covered in this section is information regarding restrictions on the publication of tribunal material and the process to be followed for subpoenas served on the Tribunal.
